In certain circumstances, we are able to resolve issues without coming on-site. If to no avail, our Service Coordinator will work with you to schedule a day and time for a crew to come to your home. Because each service varies, so does the time it takes to resolve or repair the issue. Be sure to check with the Service Coordinator at the time of scheduling for a projected time frame.

This plan empowers you as the system owner to obtain up to 2 annual service visits and a 20% discount on all non-warrantied equipment at a discounted rate. Additionally, this plan ensures you don’t have expenses at the precise moment you need your system serviced.
A: When you received Permission to Turn your System on after installation, you also would have received credentials to a mobile app where you can monitor your system’s performance. From the mobile app, one example of what this could look like is the solar panels looking like it’s not producing like the others – this could indicate that a piece of equipment has lost connection and needs to be reconnected or may need to be replaced. Regardless of what your issues or concerns are, our support team is a phone call or email away from assisting you through this process.
A: If you decide the Service Protection Plan doesn’t meet your needs, our support team can assist with canceling your plan.
A: It is a very uncommon circumstance for a system to need more than 1 service visit annually, let alone 2. Should you, for some reason, require more than 2 visits within a calendar year’s period, any additional visit will be subject to our standard service rates. We will make sure we provide you with a quote prior to performing any service.
